Hey @Uber @Uber_Support It's been about 2 months now over 50 phone calls with support and your supervisors sending my issue to technical support and they only respond with generic script completely ignoring my issue!.. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Who else can I speak to???

Hey @Uber Can you fix your app? It's become VERY non- user-friendly. I can't even properly report an issue I have had with a gift card because I can't take a screenshot of the error message, and the app won't let me properly report the issue without one. Please get back to me.

The Uber Driver app got rid of certain accessibility features so that drivers can't use Maxymo, an app that breaks down rate information of incoming trips so we're not flying blind. They don't want drivers to have enough information to make informed decisions so they can milk us.
