For those drivers using @uber with 1st Responders and/or Combat Related #PTSD who are struggling with the new app update causing severe anxiety and panic, I’m here with you. The constant dinging and the tone used is what’s causing your brain to associate

Not a glitch, seeing it in OC CA, got a bunch of emails, sure hope this is very temporary. This is exactly why we competition, so tired of these pilots, tests whatever they are, drivers are human not @uber @lyft guenea pigs

@uber_kenya are thieves!!😡😡 I took a trip on 23/05 paid the full amount, took another trip on 24/05 no hiccups then today they say I have the 23rd trip is unpaid?!?!🙄🙄 I can't report the issue on the app coz it's been over 7 days YET @Uber_Support raised the issue on 28th?!😒

Today was my first time having to deal with @Uber_Support … wow, what a 💩experience. I’m now up to my 6th message of the day and they still don’t read what I’ve told them and understand my issue. Poor form when you’re spending hundreds a week with @Uber #CustomerServiceFail

(1/2) Imagine planning your week meticulously, booking all your rides with @Uber_India @UberIN_Support @Uber from June 3-7, only to be told by the driver that your ride is cancelled (on 6th June) when you board the bus.

Hey @Uber_Support quick question, is it standard practice from your team to close tickets when the issue is not resolved ? Because that's exactly what your team did twice for the issue I reported and it is not yet solved...
