There’s a setting issue. Go to 192.168.1.254 login using Att IA password on back of egg Firewall > NAT/Gaming Service = XBOX Series X (even if S) Device = Xbox Then select add. Turn off and unplug Xbox. Remove lan from Xbox. Plug Xbox up, turn on. Then plug in lan. Fixed NAT

Still no internet and no further responses from @ATT. This is insane! Definitely will be canceling my service once I can get back into do so. 🤦♀️
