CenturyLink can't send a tech until Saturday night to fix our Internet outage. Today is Thursday. If I had any option other than Mediacom, which is worse, I would take it. This is a sad state of affairs.

Routes to Miami are experiencing extremely high latency and packet loss. Not the first time either, this also happened the day before. Causing most Google services to load really slow. Are you guys aware of this issue? @lumentechco @CenturyLink

My internet is out and the technician is late to come fix it. Reached out to customer service to find out why the delay. And Joshua S told me to “grow up” when asking when the technician would arrive. Unacceptable. @CenturyLink

I thought @comcast customer service was bad, but @CenturyLink may be worse. Internet problems started 5:days ago. Talk to a real person, forget about it, 3 chat sessions later, service went completely out. Totally frustrated, still no service appointment.

Day 2 of no internet. @CenturyLink can’t send a technician to get my Internet back up for 9 DAYS. 5 times through the automated chatbot menu today trying to to speak to a supervisor. 4 hours and 45 minutes to get a final answer: no repair available till May 31.

No internet since May 8th with an estimated fix on May 20th. You won’t tell us what’s wrong and the chat in the app is worthless. But you managed to tell me my payment is coming out in a few days. @CenturyLink #Centurylinksucks

Part of my routine is guessing when @CenturyLink is going to have their next outage. Last one was for three days mid April. Now a month later, out again. Probably average 6 - 8 multiple day outages per year. Wish there were more options than just ***…

I love how CenturyLink keeps me updated about the outages in my area via email. On the plus side, I guess, I eventually get to find out when the outage started. Not sure why that's useful, but CenturyLink clearly thinks that it is.
