Is Lyft down? ❌

Lyft is driving me mad today I am ready to go home All day it has been lagging and not working and just blank Where... my phone has only gone down 10% and not being dying fast as it was doing recently.

Every app that was suppose to be a solution to a old problem is now higher than the old problem everyone !!! Uber Lyft Netflix … the list goes on and on

Can you guys please fix the Lyft driver app it’s acting weird.

I had to ask to cancel the ride. Now Lyft is refusing to issue a refund after I’ve provided evidence regarding this incident.

@lyft hello! Can't login to my account, the login website is in error state before me trying to login, and I can't submit a help request because it won't take my (verified) phone number. Can't do what I need through the mobile app, where I'm successfully logged in. Please help!🙏

Can't an American company just basically create the same app and call it KnickKnack or something? Lyft seemed to have no issues creating a 2nd Uber.

I'm in downtown DC, I called my first @lyft at 8:12 pm. It's currently 8:59 pm. And it's still searching. Uber let me down too. Talked to my girl and she was on reddit. Apparently this has been happening to riders frequently. What is going on? I'm just trying to get home.

no uber does not ask you to verify your identity regularly, they only ask when you go on and offline quickly like for instance when you are driving lyft and turning uber on and off between the other apps rides

my @lyft app hasn’t been working for the past day and i unplugged it and plugged it back in several times. wonder if anyone else is having issues

So @lyft @AskLyft you can just put pending holds on accounts no resolution when they will be released, no contact phone number to resolve issues. #Criminals I will continue to blast this company on social media platforms until my issue is resolved.

I've had to switch between public transportation and ride-hail services in the DMV recently and @lyft is so much more reliable than Uber. Uber's customer service is just as crappy as its app. Estimates are often wrong, drivers cancel randomly. Never had issues with Lyft.
