Is Mediacom down? ❌

Hey @MediacomSupport @MediacomCable, a simple “yea there’s an outage and we’re aware of it” message would be nice. “Molli” needs some enhancement work done because waiting for a support analyst for 6 hours isn’t going to fly. #mediacomoutage

Our @MediacomCable internet service has gone down *AGAIN* tonight. Customer service says that there is no resolution time. Also, and even more significant, she told me that the Mediacom internet service for the entire state of Missouri is currently down. How is that possible?

New(refurbished) modem and my internet is down again. Is it the modem or is it Mediacom? Who knows! They'll be out to look at it Tuesday. Lucky me.

Need raycom security cameras to work wirelessly with no issue. Need bootleg ap. Python?police data base? Bank accounts? Phone program permission manager. AP requested wpan mediacom password.

How about that another service outage from @MediacomCable @MediacomSupport They have THE WORST service of any provider I've ever dealt with. But because of where I live now I have no other options. Why don't I let them kick me in the nuts while they take my money

Seriously, why do I pay for Mediacom if it’s never going to work? This is the third outage in two weeks. Getting really ******* ridiculous.

Leave it to @MediacomCable @MediacomSupport to send a maintenance guy out to “fix” the internet and all he did was make my internet worse 😡 fix my *** **** internet thats been broken for 2 weeks now. I cant wait for another isp to come into my neighborhood so i can drop yall.

Hey @MediacomSupport my internet has had connectivity issues for over 6 months and apparently according to all your departments… It's my fault. Your customer service and tech support is trash and my biggest mistake was to choose y'all for the cheap introductory offer 😂 My bad

Oh @MediacomSupport . We’ve tried being nice. Third outage this week. We’re all very close to telling you to come get your stuff. 2 tech visits. Area outages. Psh.

After not having internet since Friday, Mediacom amended this afternoon and hooked us back up. At dialup speed. They can’t get out to”fix” it till Wednesday. Oh, they disconnected our service at the box because they had the wrong house.

It’s windy out so that obviously means our Mediacom internet is down.

Mediacom is the worst internet service i’ve ever had bro😭 internet been down all day and they doin nothin but upping the ETA time🤦🏽‍♂️
