How does an airline know a 4pm flight will have a 4 hour delay at 9 am that day and does nothing to resolve the issue? You had all day @SouthwestAir to fix this. Now you are moving the flight out every 15 minutes until you inevitably cancel again. World class horrible service.

.@SouthwestAir @TSA I had items wrongfully removed from my checked bag at the Ontario California Airport. I have received response that it was an error on TSA, but basically the response after that is “oh well, nothing we can do about it now”. This is ridiculous.

I have never had so many issues with @SouthwestAir than this trip. Both flights of mine were delayed, cutting my already short trip shorter. I missed both connecting flights to and from, and got bumped. I asked the gate agent if there’s any compensation, they said “it happens”.

Southwest Airlines flight headed from Denver to Houston Sunday morning was forced to turn around after "experiencing a mechanical issue," the airline confirmed. #Southwest #Houston #Boeing

1.) This is NOT a @Boeing problem. 2.) This IS A @SouthwestAir maintenance problem! 3.) It was NEVER a critical safety issue...some clod mechanic forgot to fasten the cowls. 4.) There appears to be no damage to the leading edge slats or wing. 5.) The passengers were NEVER in any REAL danger!

#BREAKING: #BOEING 737 RETURNS TO DENVER AFTER ENGINE ISSUE Southwest Airlines flight WN3695, operating a Boeing 737-800, had to return to Denver this morning shortly after takeoff. The crew declared an emergency, reporting that part of the engine cowling had detached.

#BREAKING #Boeing broke down again. Southwest Airlines reported on the 5th that a @Boeing 737-800 passenger plane under its command was forced to cancel the flight due to an engine fire on the 4th, but fortunately no one was injured.

A Southwest Airlines flight was grounded shortly after takeoff in Texas after the crew reported a possible engine issue, according to a statement from Southwest Airlines.

Shoutout the customer service at @SouthwestAir who fixed my own TSA pre-check error, resolved whatever else I screwed up in my reservation & did it quickly & with a pleasant attitude. Customer reps get a bad rap and usually only bad tweets. Thank you for making my trip easier!
