Hey @SECGov, any interest in the publicly traded @Verizon telling shareholders they are not having an outage, and that it is isolated to other carriers when two Verizon customers on the same call are disconnected? My own "Fios" service has been horrible for 2 months!

LOL...FIOS Outage in the area. 40 mins on hold, automated system resets the boxes, to no avail. Spoke to a rep. She can't reset the box. May be their systems. No cable or TV. But thankfully, can stream. Now, the car is ready So not ready to hear the problem and cost

So FIOS said it looks like a router, power box or outlet issue(.*Def not the outlet). So. Unless one of these router resets finally works, I'll have no home phone, computer, TV,/ cable or be able to watch anything thru wifi until Monday....LOVELY. 🤦‍♂️🤬

And now Fios is down in my area. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Which internet service is better? Fios or Xfinity We've been customers of @Verizon for a long time but after dealing with their awful customer service because of our issues with internet speeds we're thinking about moving on from them. Should we?

For the first time in probably about 2yrs, I had no problem logging into my Verizon Fios account and saved myself $3.00 paying via BillMatrix over the phone. While organizing Photo Booth videos, there are a few on VRZ and how I was trying to log into acct to no avail.

FIOS is down in my area. Phone data was wonky for about 15 minutes, but that appears to be back up. FIOS has been rock solid for over a decade now. Very interesting.

If you use #verizonFIOS you should definitely find any other ISP. Apparently I’m the only customer experiencing the “outage” in my area and I’m constantly getting ignored and transferred through their “support” system. #support is terrible and their network is clearly flawed.
