Is Xfinity down? ❌

My day was going so smoothly until @Xfinity had another outage. I’m not understanding how that’s possible. This is the fourth time in two months

xfinity please please please turn the internet back on i need to watch survivor and my phones dying, why is there an outage of 2,000 customers on a friday count your days

Hey @Xfinity how about you try to tell people when you "schedule maintenance" because of your outage due to this reason with no ETA on it ending since at least 10am thus morning (so 6 1/2 hrs now). I have lost almost a full days work. Thanks for that. @XfinitySupport

Hulu really needs to fix their Xfinity tv app. Why do I have to re turn the captions on EVERY SINGLE TIME you open Hulu or even when it just times out to your list of profiles. No other app has this issue including Hulu’s own other apps but this makes me wanna scream EVERY day

I love when @Xfinity @XfinitySupport tells me all my problem is is my modem, i go and get a new one and my speeds are worse than previous issues and i spend 40 minutes on hold waiting for a rep who knows what their doing just to be told ill be called back...a hour ago.
