This is now the third day I have had no internet connection from @vumatel with zero explanation!!! Buyer beware!!!! Pse RT - losing work and money as all i can do is top up my cellphone data at considerable expense from @vodacom at R100 a time every day #vumate could care less!

My @Vodacom mobile internet just went down about 5 minutes ago. @downdetectorZA showing spike in reports for all 3 mobile networks & some fibre providers. Surely, this has to be a cable break & not DDoS. @mybroadband

Please @TelkomZA ! My LTE download speed is again down to literally zero. It cannot go on like this. Week after week and only getting worse. At least update customers. Nothing on your feed. I'm using Vodacom data to post this as your LTE cannot even process one tweet.

No I’m never leaving @Vodacom I just received the most amazing service from a lady called Randy. My server has been down the whole day and she did such a great job assisting me now at 22:00😭♥️

We should really only pay @Vodacom for the times our fibre is working. Quick to cut you off if you don't pay, but internet is down more often than it's working while charging a fortune
