Ai is ruining customer service. @cjones, @GoDaddy is no longer the company I have loved the last 13 years. The @GoDaddyHelp an email. My company has never had a chargeback or dispute. Yet randomly they shut my merchant services down & there's NOTHING I CAN do. It's a nightmare

hey @GoDaddyHelp how can I install add-ins to Outlook with your MS 365 offer? The AppSource (MS marketplace for add-ins) isn't supported. Is there a manual install procedure? I couldn't find anything on your website, and your so-called 24/7 live chat is down.

Sigh… Up literally all night dealing with @GoDaddy DNS issue. Just finished migrating DNS for two impacted domains off the old mediatemple/godaddy infrastructure so I don't have to deal with this any longer/or again. Next step: Migrate any remaining services OFF Godaddy - STAT!

Is it just me or is the @GoDaddy site consistently down or being upgraded. I just want to adjust email settings and I haven’t had access for a week. I am spending thousands each month on email and web hosting, and this is the consistent messaging.
