Is Swiggy down? ❌

I’ve had to stop using @zomato and start using @Swiggy! There’s an error that my phone keeps throwing - don’t know if it’s the in app browser of zomato, my default browser, by card or the payment gateway but it’s sure hellla annoying!! @AxisBank

Ordered from @swiggy, waited for given time, but every 5 mins, delivery time extended. Called restaurant, no order. @swiggy support said hotel app issue. Order cancelled, money refunded. But wasted 30 mins waiting. Improve your service! #Swiggy #disappointed

Extremely poor service from @Swiggy with delivery partners not responding to calls. Even delivery partners are responding to swiggy. @SwiggyCares, after a long wait, I'm being asked to wait even longer for a new delivery partner. This is unacceptable.

I had an unpleasant experience with @SwiggyInstamart customer support. Despite an hour-long chat, Saheli Mitra couldn’t resolve my issue or escalate it to a manager. @Swiggy only offered a partial refund. I recommend trying @ZeptoNow instead.

Hey @Swiggy and @SwiggyCares , I'd like to offer a suggestion: When there aren't enough delivery partners online, consider making the app offline. Waiting for food can be frustrating in such situations.

Why one must avoid online food delivery app and specially @Swiggy. Lately I have observed and experienced multiple issues with swiggy.

You face many issues with #Swiggy delivery agents. They are not reachable. Swiggy Customer support is not reachable. If you call them, You hear "ALL LINES ARE BUSY". #BoycottSwiggy

Despite seeing lots of problems of customers and their complaints on Twitter, I will say that #Swiggy @SwiggyInstamart is working very well in #KOLKATA. Any kind of issues, either app help section is working, or, Twitter team is resolving issues for us. And, they're fast at it.
