Microsoft reports problems with people opening shared mailboxes when using the Outlook web app. Try opening the mailbox in the Outlook mobile app or the desktop client. Microsoft also recommends signing out of your current session, relaunching the web app and signing in again.

Hey @yahoomail, possible to unlock my mailbox? I can it use via third party app outlook and is working fine. Ocassionally, even outlook is unable to sync properly(usually in early morning), but never got this error before. FYI @YahooCare @Outlook.
