I had a terrible experience with @Olacabs @ola_supports @Ola_Delhi today. What is worse is that there is no way to contact customer service, I’m trying to report the issue but it only gives a set menu and no way to contact them. Will make the switch to Uber now.

payments were already made 2 the drivers via cash as d linked card was showing an error,does uber want me 2 make double payments, just 2 use d app for future rides? & how will I hv bank statements tht are asked 2 me for cash payments? How is this any resolution? @UberIN_Support
