Someone needs to make a single sign in app that lets you order from all of these providers without having to have 10 million apps on your phone. uBer Eats, Postmates and the others are inherently untrustworthy. Market opportunity for whoever can solve for this problem.

Is @UberEats having an issue? This is the third time I'm having to reach out to @Uber_Support there won't be a fourth time. What's the point of an app that doesn't work and doesn't even contact you when there's an issue?

I swear @McDonaldsUK and @ubereats_uk take the **** sometimes. I tried doing an order on the McDonald's app for delivery which comes through via uber yet when I changed my card details to a more recent one it gave me an error code but taken my points and ring fenced the money...?

.@Uber pickup times in Lagos seem to be meaningless as each driver is picking up new rides before they finish the current ones. So app says they’re 3 mins away but could be 20 mins easily before you’re actually picked up. Seems like something they should fix.

Hi @Uber_India @UberIN_Support My Uber ride started at 8:30 PM and ended at 9:10 PM today. When I went into the app to pay at 9:45 PM. I noticed THE DRIVER HADN’T ENDED THE TRIP. So I cancelled it on my end and now I’m being a charged a hefty cancellation fee. PLEASE FIX!
