@UbisoftSupport I've still had no response to this via the help portal. How can I get this resolved? It is well past a reasonable timescale for me to have received a response within.

@UbisoftSupport SIEGE IS UNPLAYABLE. I LITERALLY ONLY PLAYED 3 MATCHES TONIGHT AND EACH MATCH WE PLAYED A TEAM GLITCHING THE GAME. WHY IS IT THAT WHEN THE ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM LEAVES THE ******* GAME I LOSE ELO AND GET AN ABANDONED SANCTION.

@UbisoftSupport I can’t access my old email to log into my Ubisoft account anymore when signing in I’ve been using the sign in through PlayStation option but I’ve recently switched to PC but I don’t know my password and I can’t reset it because I can’t use the old email plz help!

@Moritz94421952 @UbisoftSupport Bro you ain’t gonna hear back from them. All I got from them was “please tell us ur verification code sent to the email.” I was like I don’t have access to it. Then just repeated that. Worst customer service in Video game business
