Part of my routine is guessing when @CenturyLink is going to have their next outage. Last one was for three days mid April. Now a month later, out again. Probably average 6 - 8 multiple day outages per year. Wish there were more options than just ***…

Been a customer with @CoxComm for over 15 years but after the last TWO years of nothing but issues with internet dropping every month while being asked to pay $140 a month, looks like hubby is finally ready to give @Starlink a try. Today's call to *** was the last straw for me!

Internet went down for a few minutes and the lights on the modem looked fine so I checked my router. It was saying I was pulling a 192.168.100.10 WAN IP address from @CoxComm LMAO some idiot plugged in some DHCP giving device into the network.

Hey, @CoxComm @CoxHelp , why in the world do I have a GREAT CONNECTION but no internet coming through. I will restart my router and then an hour or two later no internet AGAIN! Please I have a project to turn in and two meetings.😭😭Sincerely, a VERY BROKE college student.
