How many outages is @PGE4Me allowed before I’m entitled to a refund? Feels like I have outages 2x a week living in the bay

POWER OUTAGE: Reports of a large power outage affecting nearly 800 PG&E customers in Vallejo's Richardson Park neighborhood. PG&E says it isn't sure what caused the outage and is investigating.

POWER OUTAGE: Around 250 PG&E customers are without electrical service in Fairfield at the moment, including homes and businesses along parts of Travis Boulevard, Pennsylvania Avenue, North Texas Street and East Tabor Avenue.

Pacific Gas and Electric Company is reporting another outage in South Davis. The outage may be larger than shown in the map. PG&E is estimating a restoration time of 10:30 pm tonight. The Mary L Stephens Davis Branch Library is open tonight until 8 pm

i didn’t get any sleep cus the power went out at 9pm in my neighborhood and then pg&e came to fix it at 3am like why are we using power tools & a generator with a light so bright i thought it was me or bug time in the middle of the night 🤓

. @PGE4Me are you joking ? Power outage at 2:30pm, initially fixing for 4pm, then 9pm, and now 11pm… so everyone is basically going to throw away their entire fridge worth of food because you can’t be bothered to fix faster?

Someone at @PGE4Me thought it’d be cute to name their virtual agent “Peggy”. When you’re dealing with a 14+ hour power outage and trying to get someone on the phone to help, cuteness is not the right look.

Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PG&E will have a planned outage. Why can’t they plan their outages at night when most folks are home asleep like CalTrans does on occasion? 🤨

Dear Patti Poppe @PGE4Me, you're really forcing all my neighbors to install solar with batteries, aren't you? Why the nearly 4 hour (by my count) power outage on, of all days, #MothersDay? Sure would ❤️ an explanation for this one when we've had perfect weather.

One of the worst parts of the Bay Area is having to deal with @PGE4Me. Power got cut in the middle of a meeting this morning - 30 minutes later I found out that this was part of a _planned_ 9 hour power outage for maintenance, they just didn't bother to tell anyone in advance...

Limiting SM acty today as PG&E is taking the power down between 0930-1700 so they can upgrade the equipment in our area.

In a PG&E electrical outage since 9:20 this morning. No updates since then “PG&E is investigating the cause…. “ Thankfully I have a Lithium Battery backup and a gas stove. Of course California is trying to eliminate gas stoves 😡

What you need to know about a new fee proposed for PG via @sfstandard PG&E is basically a 19th-century service provider that is stuck in the past with an old mission statement, "keep customers ignorant and dumb them down.”

Power outages happening “out of the blue” 3 times a week. No fire, no wind - PG&E randomly shuts the power off to inspect their lines via helicopters - Safety. Rolling blackouts. Electric cars are the future? Charging stations with diesel generators?
