i have been with verizon customer service for 3 hours now....also chatted 3 hours in morning issue still not resolved. a discount was removed from my bill which increased by 40 dollars they cant seem to have any solution ...any idea

Sound like if you have any issues with Verizon contact or they will contact you . But usually when something stops working, you cannot contact anyone! Strange
