incredibly stupid problem: bought Xbox gift card from Walmart but they didn’t activate it, which I couldn’t know until I scratched off the back to see the code. Walmart online/phone support thought I was talking about a walmart gift card and refused to engage with the situation.

Got my card flagged for fraud at Walmart today (for a $7 purchase, what the ****) and then when I called to get my card working, their system went down, and I got so frustrated I had a crying meltdown on the phone with the call center guy, who kept being like, "Ma'am...ma'am..."
