Is Xfinity down? ❌

I haven’t had internet for about three or four days! Xfinity sucks! Why am I paying for no internet?! #xfinitysucks

When @Xfinity is upgrading your neighborhood network and you have NO Internet access; but you work from home!!! Concerned it is almost 5pm in my neck of the woods and there is still NO Internet. I know, first world problems. 🙄

I see people don’t know what this means. Bundle means that it’s together in a package that is worth saving money in your wallet or credit card and don’t have to worry to pay separate apps. I don’t understand the issue lol. I have Xfinity and shoot giving us free Netflix ok! 🔥

By a show of hands, who is experiencing an “outage” from Xfinity? 👀

I love @Sonic. Since I moved from Xfinity to @Sonic, I've had increased internet speed and no downtime at all. I no longer have buffering problems when streaming content. When I had some questions during set up, Customer Service was wonderful!

Migrated from a previous line to @Xfinity, i also got a phone but wrong phone was sent... reached out to @XfinitySupport for the error... initial rewards on my account got terminated and then I was billed for returning this error.. I regret using xfinity and will be leaving.

I don’t know what’s going on with @Xfinity but I’ve had an outage for 3-4 hours everyday for the last week I can’t be the only one dealing with this

Our ridiculously ****** XFinity internet is down yet again. It sure is a good thing I’m not doing final grades or anything important.

Another day, another @Xfinity outage. I maxed out the outage credits (if they weren't limited they'd be paying me). The hard reality of the @cityofpaloalto, in the heart of Silicon Valley and no fiber nor decent Internet access or competition (@ATT just offers DSL)

This is a load of ****, why does it take 10 hours to fix an internet outage. Good job #xfinity

Sorry guys, unexpected Xfinity outage! Tell @comcast to get their **** together and make it run, or release their grip on the monopoly of ISPs!

Today I learned that you can get documentation of your outages from @Xfinity. One would think there’d be notification of planned outages but, no, just let me lose hours and days of work and keep telling me it must be my laptop.

The fact that I have to reset my router every 30 minutes is unacceptable. Your internet service is a joke Xfinity and I hope you go under soon.

Another day & some more time wasted by @XfinitySupport, how can you not fix an issue with a reward offer? Been almost 2 months.🙄 **Xfinity rep do not message me about this post, one of your associates has already wasted my time today.**

Who sends automated texts to say your internet service may have issues and asks for you to request a field tech be sent to your house? and when you try to log in to your account to question the automated messaging, you cannot without changing your password? XFINITY!

We have no Internet. Again. This time @xfinity says until 10 pm. This is like the 5th or 6th time this week.

Is anyone else having issues with @Xfinity DVR? Seems like a scam. My recordings are set; yet they don’t record. Just convenient I now have to watch on demand with commercials. Seems like a breach of my contract

First day with replacement 5G gateway, so I'm obsessively checking download speeds. @TMobileHelp nicely sent me a new gateway after we had Wi-Fi problems last week. Even though they're not sure anything was wrong with our old one. This is why I love them WAY more than Xfinity.

Hey @Xfinity @XfinitySupport For the second time in two days, my Internet and television service are down without warning for hours. I was offered a nine dollar credit for the last time. I have a very important zoom meeting this morning. WTF?
