@NAB Can't access the app at all! Two days no access to my money. And no, I can't use desktop version on my phone. And don't have a laptop so essentially two days with no access to my own money. And no branch for 40 min drive. Guess what I'm doing when I get access... LEAVING!

Went to the grocery store to get some soup & tea, figured I'd nab some iced chai at the cafe & their card system was down so I was having fun chilling w/the barista while they tried to fix it & couldnt so she gave me my drink for free ☺️💕
Am closing my accounts at #NAB as they not only provide NIL service to customers they abuse you when you make complaint of any kind. Please @AlboMP start a Post Office Bank where staff talk to customers.
