Is Bluehost down? ❌

Dear @bluehostsupport . My site is down again. This is the third time in less than two weeks. Your helpful reps got it back up twice, but there must be a deeper issue causing this so I think your team just Band-Aided it.

Ok, so I'm moving my website hosting over to Site ground! I'm really excited, because they have some perks and benefits that Bluehost doesn't have. It does mean my site may be down for a bit during the migration, but never fear, I'll be back!

Is @bluehost not working for everyone now?

I've been on to @bluehost @bluehostsupport for weeks and weeks through their online chat portal because my two sites hosted by them have been down. Each time they've promised resolution, each time, websites remain off line. Going around in circles with no answers or help. 🥴

Another day, another lame @bluehostsupport “we’ve escalated it and we’ll get back to you” response. Meanwhile our website remains down. And since we are locked out of our account we’re essentially held hostage. Thanks @bluehost.

I regret recommending @bluehost to my client. Backup was restored Friday. Site was PERFECT. Started doing text updates and noticed parts of the website CSS are wonky AGAIN! No one has touched the site. This sucks! I'm over billable hours trying to fix this mess @bluehostsupport

@bluehostsupport No! Exactly what I am not doing. I have about 5 issues, 10 case numbers, and 30 different people via chat, email, or call, and we just start again. Who do I actually contact for a fix? I would tag your founders here, but I see they aren’t on Twitter, I guess for this reason!
