Is Rogers down? ❌

It seems like @cogeco @cogecohelps is down, and I’m not surprised at all! Seems to be a very COMMON OCCURRENCE these days…SAD! I might have to make the switch to Bell or Rogers if this continues…DISAPPOINTING!

Hey @RogersHelps is it normal that I cannot contact customer support? I called your 800 number and got a recording saying that you were too busy and got hung up on, used “Anna” and the chat was shut down. Great customer service!

Is Rogers Xfinity Internet not working for anyone else?

Once again Shaw/Rogers has an outage in our area, third time this month. Just a thought but maybe @Rogers should invest some money in upgrading the infrastructure in our area.

Colby Rogers has been really good at slowing down the other team's momentum when they start gaining steam.

While working had to contact @Rogers. Chat line not working. Called and on hold for two hours, referring me to chat line (still not working), then disconnected. When Shaw was bought out, so too was the customer service we were used to. #CustomerServiceFail

Hello @Rogers - would you please post a more fulsome explanation as to why Shaw email service has been down for hours? A lot of customers are being inconvenienced without any information as to what's going on and how long the outage is expected to last. Would appreciate it! 🙏

Hey @Rogers and @startca. Nothing was learned from the outage a couple years ago huh? How the **** does "a" fibre line get cut and that line shuts down a good portion of Southern Ontario for hours and hours? Pathetic.

Just messed around for over an hour trying to get my internet router/modem/devices working and didn’t think to check if network was out as I’ve been having connection issues for well over a week now. So #ldnont are we officially down? (I’m start/telus - rogers? network)

So did all of @Rogers go down or is it just @startca that just went to sh*t? My modem will sync, but when I try to ping the gateway, I get "destination network unreachable". What's worse is I have to call start when it's convenient for THEM as they are no longer 24 hour.

Wow! @Rogers , so my internet is out for last 10 hours. Phone support says there is an issue in my area, but app outage map, doesn’t list it. Why?

I cannot believe how in todays age how dependent we are on technology and Internet, and we still have archaic connectivity. Sadly, my home Internet with @Bell is down and internet on phone with @Rogers is so bad, any message takes forever despite paying for 5G. I will lurk

Anyone else with Shaw/Rogers experiencing an outage for cable right now in Edmonton?

Hands down, the worst internet provider in Canada is @Rogers. 👎 What makes it even worse is that my building is EXCLUSIVE to them. There are literally no other options. Makes WFH, speaking on spaces/podcasts, meetings, playing games, and doing anything else online impossible.

absolutely ridiculous for @RogersHelps @Shawhelp to have my internet service down from tuesday-friday for a mistake in a maintenance we weren't even notified for. i need the internet connection to do my job, im losing out on money for 4 days and all you can do is "give credit"?!
