Does Rogers not employ knowledgeable technical staff to address and correct network issues????? This is the 3rd day in a row the network in Markham keeps going down. WE DEMAND A REFUND FOR DOWNTIME!!!!!

@typeandcolour We have tested on our end and the outage page is working as expected. Please try accessing the page using incognito or in private browsing. You can also clear cookies and cached data on your browser and try again. ^tb
