โ The Telstra disruption which was impacted some chargers on the Chargefox platform has now been RESOLVED. We will immediately begin a review to fully understand the outage and what actions can be taken to reduce the likelihood and impact of any similar event in the future.
Finally resolved wifi connection problem after 3 months of trying to sort with Telstra. The Telstra modem was the problem like I thought but Telstra kept saying no. Bought new router & fixed. Telstra should have supplied new one when went to NBN.

you know, there's irony in not being able to report a @telstra mobile outage because your mobile service isn't working and you can't log into your Telstra account because it likes sending SMS to said mobile that doesn't have coverage. #bullshit

So the @Telstra saga continues. This is this morning's speed even after resetting the router but, they think just replacing the router will be the magic fix ๐๐๐ Oh and to the customer service representative that reads this, everything is currently being handled.

The @telstra app is mostly just a portal for a bot to ask you to turn the modem off and on again. But to act like itโs a human they make you wait 5 mins between messages so it takes 3 hours to discover that it cannot fix your problem.
Ahhhh, hello @Telstra please thank @NBN_Australia for the scheduled maintenance but my internet has not reconnected in 3008. And yes, done the reboot thing and Smart Troubleshooting thing and even contacted support but still waiting for acknowledgement there is actually an outage

Have been experiencing real slow speed on my @Telstra mobile plan; after asking their support for 3 times, they finally confirmed there has been a recent outage! An outage that seems covers whole Sydney CBD to kilometres into the west. An update would have been nice @Telstra
