@AmazonHelp I can't register a new account on Amazon UK. Getting Internal Error each time. I'm trying to register a new account as I can't access my account due to not having my old phone number for 2 step and can't access my gmail associated with it for the same reason.

Order something from @AmazonUK and it says delivered by 10PM. Check the map when you see it’s out for delivery and see that the driver is literally down your road. Next thing you know it’s 10PM and now it’s getting delivered next week! @AmazonUK @AmazonHelp waste of my day off!

Another 3 deliveries that you managed not to complete today, @amazonuk @amazonhelp Guess when you asked for a few days to fix the issue, you didn't actually intend to fix the issues. Completely useless - pay Prime for a delivery service, but you refuse to deliver anything

Further update on the @amazonuk issues: I've had a phone call with Rebecca from Amazon, for the first time in a long time I feel we may get somewhere with a solution to my problems and potentially a larger solution as she was suggesting further options

Amazon customer service looks like the best until you have a real issue 🤬 I have been calling them 7+ times over 2 weeks for a simple operation. They say they have successfully refunded the money to my “cancelled” credit card 😂😂 This must be a joke @amazon @AmazonUK
