Is BT British Telecom down? ❌

Phone still not working after repeated calls to virgin. Sending me an adapter for voip again pending engineer. Possibly. Nobody in customer service has a clue what they are doing. Looking to go back to BT and I never thought I would say that!

Normally I only ever complain on here due to rubbish service. But thankyou @bt_uk @BTCare, for such a rapid response to my Internet not working. 2pm Friday it stops, 7am mini dingle arrives, then 10.30am engineer arrives, 11am back online. Couldn't fault service. 👍👍👍

Worst decision to get @airtelindia wifi at home Youtube videos are buffering it feels like i am using 2G at rural area. Frustated 😓…bt when complaint raised airtel works so *** bt after 2-3 hrs speed dropped down😓 @netplusofficial help us out

With how many times @BTCare WiFi goes down in my area I’m surprised they don’t discount the bill

Yet another @EE 4g and cellular outage in Delting area of Shetland... Estimated 16 hrs until it's fixed... Thank dog for next door's wired BT connection that I can only access from the garden.

Seriously @bt_uk trying to actually speak to someone to report my elderly parents phone not working is like pulling ******* teeth. I’ve DMd you but get a stupid response back that is of no help at all.

Have spent too much time today trying to find out why my BT broadband is down in SE London. If anyone @btbusinesscare can help that would be fab….

Mass data outage for BT and EE customers since about 8:15 this morning and they are suggesting putting it on aeroplane mode and off again as a solution ffs 🙄

Hello @bt_uk is there any major outage in Manchester centre M1? Unfortunately we have to rebook our online exams due to the internet down at the test centre.

My hope for BT getting back together in canon is down low. But if it happens, they can start over and maybe we can see actual honeymoon phase? Coz all that happened during hiatus due to the shortened season. I'm clowning and wearing a tinfoil hat here, but maybe that's the goal?

Now I've been switched to digital voice by @bt_uk @ee replacing my landline I now have no means of making a call during an emergency should Internet go down. Progress, eh?🤔

My shopping addiction is insane. I have a few items I may get, bt going forward, I want to delete all shopping apps off my phone completely + try my best to instantly delete any promo emails without even looking at them so I don't get tempted. I might cut my outings down too.

Internet has gone down , contacted #Bt & an engineer can’t come out until Monday.

Broadband + landine are down. No service. BT has found a network fault. Last time we had a fault they sent us a mini hub which works on mobile data (at no cost to us and no impact on data allowance) and they've just switched that back on for us. All within 20 mins of reporting 😃

Is @bt_uk broadband working for anyone? It's been up and down constantly for 2 hours in Portsmouth. I had a university support Google meeting and it kept dying. Made my anxiety so much worse! Not paying for this! Been bad for months now! Plan to switch to @SkyUK ASAP.

I bought @zebronics BT speakers for singing today for my son thru @amazon @amazonIN and he is finding the mic is not working properly and also it's quality is not good. I want a return but When I contacted Amazon they are saying that it's not our policy to change..
