So. While my @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down for the night, at least if I put my @VodafoneUK mobile on top of a kitchen cupboard, I get JUST enough 4G to watch a 240p YouTube video. As long as I don’t mind it pausing every minute. This is not a first world country any more.

Is sky down? @SkyHelpTeam Try to use the 4G to access the google sky helpline and can’t access an internet at all!! Has anyone reported sky down in Gloucester area??

Just in case anyone in the #Gloucester area is wondering, it does appear @SkyUK #broadband is down pretty much everywhere and definitely in the Shire.

So I’ve had no fibre net since Tuesday! I’ve rang 3times, had 2 @WeAreOpenreach engineer appointments & neither showed up. @SkyHelpTeam have not contacted me at all about the “outage” & all the online maps say nothing is wrong.🤬 Who do I call now?🤦‍♂️

Once again @SkyUK is down in my area 2 days this time. Every year service is getting worse anyone recommend a good internet provider

Hey @SkyHelpTeam it’s been almost 48 hours without proper WiFi and almost 24 hours with a complete outage. I only had this installed 5 weeks ago and this is the second time this has happened. I’ve called multiple time and keep getting fobbed off 1/2

Why has Sky Mobile phone signal dropped off a cliff in #Dromore Co Down @SkyHelpTeam this week?

Spent half of last night and an hour this morning on the phone to Sky where the operator told me my lack of internet was probably due to my router being 5+ years old. Only to find that there is an outage in the area @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on? 🤷‍♀️

Well well well. @SkyHelpTeam sky glass has gone down again and I am unable to connect to my router. Thank *** it is nearly January because my contract is up then and you guys are getting kicked so far up your **** my shoe will come out of your lying horrible mouths

over four hours and the internet is still down @SkyHelpTeam and you have multiple people in my area on your help forum reporting the same, yet your service checker says everything is fine. what exactly am I paying for? ty for ruining a night a month in planning.

Not for the first time is Sky Sport+ not working when the football is on. Usual DUG1 code appears. Sky forums are full of complaints but no response from @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating!
