URGENT @thameswater — hundreds of homes in Waterloo, SE1 are currently without any water supply. This is completely unacceptable. Are you aware of this outage, and what immediate action is being taken? Residents deserve clear communication and a restoration timeline now.

Hi @thameswater - no water around me at the moment.. your whats app service not working and no guidance on how to report. What am I supposed to do? Am in W2 not one of the already reported postcodes.

Hi @thameswater do you currently (1.30pm on 27 Aug) have an engineer in Alric Avenue New Malden asking to enter people’s homes to put dye down their toilets to check for leaks, or is this a phoney in a TW jacket please? Vulnerable elderly on the street are worried. Tkts
