There is very little, if anything, that would amaze me with utility services, but today one utility service has amazed me & that ine is @thameswater. I received notification of water charges & it has actually gone down per month.
There is currently no sign of a Thames Water outage.
We also haven't observed any incidents recently.

What an actual disgrace @thameswater are - only giving compensation for ONE DAY of the SE London water outage when we had affected supply for FIVE, and didn’t get priority water for three days. Check our tweets. Forest Hill was dry. Pay us what we deserve! #SE23

There has been complete water outage in Crystal Palace area for 24 hours now 😡 Apparently caused by a “major” burst pipe in the area. Some of the water pipes in London are from the Victorian times and decaying but have never been replaced or upgraded 🙄 #thameswater

Presumably @thameswater will be reducing the newly increased bills for all those affected by todays massive outage in SE London? Absolute Joke.....
