Hello @VirginMediaIE Very dissatisfied that my VM TV service has been down since 24 October due to loss of signal. Neighbours with identical issue also reported. Fault is at main cable. Technician yesterday, 3 Nov, could not do anything. Terrible service

Hello @VirginMediaIE since yesterday afternoon a number of houses in our estate have no internet connecton. On your web site no sign of outage confirmed by your rapresentative over the phone after 30 minutes waiting. No furhter help offered. What shall we do?

Massively regretting trying to switch from @VirginMediaIE to @SkyIreland so far… already had to have an engineer out to fix the dish and we still don’t have the internet after 6 weeks & a skipped installation date today again with a text at 3pm to say it will now be 2 MORE WEEKS

Day Nine of no internet. I have started to write messages on the walls to replace emails, I'm hoping @VirginMediaIE receive these and maybe can restore our internet on day ten. PSA, if you receive an offer that seems too good to be true to upgrade from virgin, it is.

I am literally losing my mind and being tortured by Virgin Media. 50 calls, seven days no internet and still no idea when our internet will be turned on? :D @VirginMediaIE how can they be this incompetent? Its literally insane

Hi @VirginMediaIE Unfortunately the service is still down in Dublin 5 since approx 1pm today - as confirmed by many customers. Your estimated time of repair was originally 4pm, but unfortunately, still no service. Please advise the new estimated time of repair. Thanks.

The original estimate was 22:00 last night. Probably beyond time for a more detailed response by @VirginMediaIE stating the extent of the outage.

A 15 hour outage affecting broadband, phone and TV in the Cork area and this is all @VirginMediaIE have to say. And of course, they have blocked all comments on their post. What an appalling service!

So folks there's @VirginMediaIE fault in the area so the credit card machine is down......
