Dear @SwiggyInstamart @SwiggyCares my sister just placed her first order on Swiggy Instamart, 30W charger. She received 10 mins ago, but it’s not working. she recorded the unboxing. The issue? The order isn’t showing in her history, so she can’t even file a complaint. Please help

Why is @SwiggyCares sending links in name of resolving the issues that are not working? Their customer service is getting worse day by day. Only BOTs and no real phone number to contact. Where is the invoice of my order??????! @SwiggyInstamart

Ordered lunch from @Swiggy @SwiggyCares at 4 (ETA 4:25) and order was delayed by 2 hours: 4:40 - Preparing order (2 mins away) and delivery guy is at the restaurant 5:15 - same case, called the delivery guy and he says his phone is not working and he left the restaurant. (1/n)

Why #swiggy is down and #Zomato is up .any news ?

If there is a rain for 5 mins, @Swiggy & @zomato goes down. No delivery partner hence, 90% of the restaurants are non functional. Instead of cutting the incentives, these companies should increase the incentives of the riders during such weather. What do you think @kunalkamra88 ?

Hi @Swiggy Your app is not working properly. It is picking up incorrect gps locations even after entering the precise postal address. This is not even for a new address but a regular one. Besides the order is getting cancelled without refund & no way to contact customer support

One of the most **** service by #zomato Tried ordering bank server down, they don't have cash on delivery , #swiggy is better. They can start sending tobacco products at night by blink it lite but can't send food # who is the goyal?? *******

zomato has come a long way as an app and it is just a delight to use now. pretty straightforward and simple. swiggy has taken the super-app approach should really try trimming down and make it a bit less convulated. zepto and blinkit tho, still have a long way to go.

I ordered at 8:11 PM. It showed order will be delivered in 30 mins. Its 9:23 PM but the order has not been delivered. Your service is going down by each day. @SwiggyCares. Feel like switching to @zomatocare my friend ordered from them and has already finished his dinner.
