Hi @SwiggyCares - it’s been more an hour since I ordered my food - it’s not yet delivered. For about 30 minutes, its been under the “pickup up your order status”. The support portion of the app is not working. Spoke to the restaurant- the food is ready to be picked up. Advice?

Horrendous experience with @Swiggy. Rider’s vehicle broke down, no backup, and the app still warned I'd be charged to cancel. The agent refused even after the rider confirmed it. I want a call back from that agent. Monday morning ruined. Do better. @SwiggyCares @swiggydesign

Just received a call from a so-called Swiggy delivery guy saying his bike broke down and he needs to change the rider asking for my number and OTP. Too many such scams happening lately — this needs more awareness @SwiggyCares your customer care is of no help

Ordered from Burger King via Swiggy, my delivery partner is literally standing at the same place for the last 20 mins the order receiving time isn't changing. The customer support said servers have gone down and can't help now call 2-3 hours later. WTF? @Swiggy
