Just received a call from a so-called Swiggy delivery guy saying his bike broke down and he needs to change the rider asking for my number and OTP. Too many such scams happening lately — this needs more awareness @SwiggyCares your customer care is of no help

So the Yulu app was down today for a lot of riders in our area.
2 of ours weren't able to do any orders.
Their friends at swiggy / blinkit lost the day's earnings.
2 of my food orders got canceled as no rider was assigned. So swiggy lost commission, restaurants lost sales.
