Nothing beats having to talk to a customer service bot at 2am bc the power is out and Meralco’s kload payment system on any banking app is down so I cant load🫠 Am I talking to a bot or an agent?? Who tf knows at this point. I just want to sleep fml

JUST IN: The number of Meralco customers affected by service interruptions was down to 12,000 as of 9 AM today from over 167,000 yesterday. Meralco said efforts are in full swing to restore power in affected areas, mostly in Cavite, Metro Manila and Bulacan. @PhilippineStar
