Cutting down on Snapchat has helped my mental a ton. Specifically, no more streaks - just snapping people when I genuinely have something relevant to send.

Currently taking only about 8 seconds to snap a photo and get complete macro tracking, with satiety scoring for each individual component as well as the overall meal, plus tracking for the day etc. Incredibly entertaining, super easy. I don’t think I could ever go back. 😅
