Is Straight Talk down? ❌

So apparently, there is a nationwide Verizon Outage. Also, the Verizon app is down and is also straight talk app is down

I didn’t realize Verizon had an widespread outage 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Visible is my phone carrier runs on Verizon cellphone towers & my phone works just fine. My mom have Verizon and it still works. My neighbors have straight talk & their phones works

Verizon outage at the moment. SOS in Chicago, IL for my Verizon line, and another line on Straight Talk takes forever to make a call. Hopefully this is fixed faster than AT&T!

Wtf is up in WNC with this power outage from hurricane straight talk cell services won't work for calls or browsing the Internet for news updates or anything but does get emergency alerts and push notifications from meta but can make zero calls out ! Something seems off

In had straight talk for yearsss and never had a network problem. Ever. Had a signal literally everywhere. I’m going back as soon as my current contract is up.

I'm StraightTalk with Verizon towers, lately I have been having phone issues where I can text but can't call out or receive calls at all, lot of issues are at home when on WiFi

What gives with cell phone service down. Eastern Ohio by WV and PA. NO phone service,Verizon, AT&T, and of course the ones that use their towers like Tracfone, Straight talk and such. Anybody else? Is it National AGAIN?

Is anyone experiencing a straight talk internet outage? I am and I don't know why.

Is Straight Talk down because it's been saying "No Service" for the past hour when my bill isn't for another couple of days (and I have auto refill enabled). What's the meaning of this?

To all tracfone peeps that surely hate @MyStraightTalk & @Verizon right now, I (emphasis on me) have resolved the 'Mobile Data' drop plague. Goto Settings>Network/Internet >Mobile Network>Advanced>AccessPointNames> Click Tracfone.Internet (to edit) change APN to this and save.

Anyone still having network issues try out my fix. Figured this out myself since @MyStraightTalk support is so garbage. Haven't had an issue since.

⚠️ NATIONAL NEWS: At&T, Verizon and T-Mobile users reported early Thursday that they are having network issues nationwide and in Canada. The issue has left At&T iPhone users stuck in SOS mode, meaning that users can only make calls to emergency services. According to DownDetector, the spike in the outages occurred around 4am Eastern time. Service disruptions have been reported in New York, Boston, Washington, Montreal, Honolulu, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle and San Francisco. The largest number of issues was reported by At&T users, which spiked at 31,931 reports at 4:30am. More than 2,400 service outages of U.S. wireless carriers Verizon and T-Mobile were also reported on the platform. Nationwide, 911 operators have warned that the outage has impacted their ability to take calls. The major cellphone companies have yet make any statement regarding the outages. It's not clear what the caused of the problem. Other smaller providers including Boost Mobile, Consumer Cellular and Straight Talk also reported similar outages.

Interesting the piggy back carriers were not really affected by the outage today. (Straight talk, cricket, trac etc)

I dropped Verizon and switch to straight talk and now I paid $143 for my phone to be on for three months at a time. I’m always down to save money 💰

🚨 CELL SERVICES CRASH THROUGHOUT ENTIRE US why did most all the cell phones loose coverage are we under test… or is something larger scale going on: • service disconnections in several states affecting all carriers • highest number of issues reported by AT&T users - peaking more than 70,000 affected • Straight Talk was least affected • no carrier has provided an explanation for the widespread outages - no set disclosure spoken of at this moment What is your take on this outage, is it happenstance or have we been compromised - and do we now have proof of what was warned about

While AT&T is facing the brunt of the problems, other cellular providers are also encountering outages. Cricket Wireless, which operates on AT&T's network, has recorded over 12,000 outage reports as of 9:15 a.m. ET. Verizon saw a surge in outage reports, exceeding 4,000 this morning, along with rising reports of outages for Consumer Cellular, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and Straight Talk.

The reason why you ******* ain’t having issues with your phones is cause your still on that straight talk plan from Wally word. This is grown folk business return back to then minutes hoe 😂
