Hundreds of people on here asking Tesco about why the app & website are down & that they're at risk of losing their shopping, Tesco only replying to 1 person in 2hrs about ****** kidney beans

Congratulations @Tesco you've just lost over a £300 order as your app & website is down and can't pay. Looks like a few people ain't happy as been waiting on phone for over a hour. @TSB Can I cancel this payment after it's been taken out my bank as not waiting on hold any longer

Just been to Tesco for a shop. Belt not working staff struggling, glass on checkout floor so say clean up by cleaner. Maintenance lacking, cleaning not good and this is general in the 2 stores I use. Prices have gone up daily. Customer service didn’t want my details to give reply

Regarding to @tescomobile if anyone still can't get their Voucher on the Tesco Pay as you go app they can speak to the customer service on Tesco mobile Website they can do it online for you as the app is still down.

My son has just had to do the walk of shame at Tesco's as the Barclays app is down. Whilst it is annoying for both of us it is an absolutely invaluable lesson to a generation who rely on tech.

Now in Risca library tweeting all this. Internet still down, with no way to contact my ISP still, so tried to top up my spare phone to top up, but the number was wrong when I went into Tesco to do it, so I am going to try the voucher they gave me to do it. I hate those things.

I think @Tesco needs a new delivery fleet. My last order was firstly delayed and then cancelled due to a broken down van. Today's order is currently delayed to outside of my 4 hour delivery window because of a broken down van. I am not feeling very confident it arrives at all. ☹
