Is Ticketmaster down? ❌

Why is it so hard to buy tickets on ticketmaster??? Every time I try to buy tickets, it always shows me errors.

Beware of @TicketmasterCA as they lack compassion. I purchased tickets for the wrong date. I realized my mistake within 1 hour. I then purchased more expensive tickets for the correct date. The event is 1.5 months away. However, ticketmaster refuses to issue a refund. #greed

why wouldn't you authenticate my account via text after multiple tries @Ticketmaster ? I couldn't even get the OPTION to authenicate my account except via the app and even then I kept getting an "error". I thought you wanted me to spend money and buy tickets through your platform

Finally got into the @o2 priority presale by using Microsoft Edge on a laptop and opening the @TicketmasterCS link in a new window. App and Priority site still not working. Thank *** this wasn’t Depeche Mode or I would have jumped out the window.
