Absolutely ****** up elevators and service by @OtisElevatorCo .. breaks down every alternate day and that too when we pay a huge amount as AMC. A huge amount means literally in mid-double digit lakhs. Unresponsive and untrained, its people doesn’t respond in time for emergencies.

@AOSmithinsince 4 days my water purifier was not working,I had booked a service call 3 days back on emergency,they have told they will come within one day but no one responding properly,I had paid unnecessarily AMC charges for 2 years.Same thing happened to me last time also,

I'm actually incredibly impressed with the AMC their site had some old inaccurate info on a place to ski that's been shut down, I let them know about and they updated the site in less than a week. Well done!

My AquaGuard water filter had a leakage. I booked a service (under AMC). The technician fiddled with the machine and now it’s not working at all!! The guy was completely clueless, kept doing video calls with someone to help him along. Shocking service quality @EurekaForbes
