Is Frontier down? ❌

Hey @FrontierCorp you guys are literally the worst experience of my life trying to onboard as a new customer. You have serious onboarding problems. You make comcast look competent.....

Thank you @ATT for hooking me up with Service after not having any for a week. No transparency from @FrontierCorp as to why my Internet services had been down for a week or when it'd be restored. Finally free of constant prolonged outages with no explanation as to why.

Home internet has been out all day. Was told it wasn't the connection so bought a new router... same freaking problem. About to go back to Com-****. @FrontierCorp SUCKS.

Frontier Internet out again today.. When called they say there’s no outage & they want you to go online or use their app..With no internet??? I’m going back to WOW or Spectrum.. so why all the ads on here for these idiots who keep raising their $$$$? #crooks

Is anyone having issues with frontier airlines website or is just me?

My Internet in Simpsonville, SC, 29681 has been down since Apr 24th. CS in india says we have outage, apps and Website says, NO OUTAGE. CS says @FrontierCorp apps dont stay updated FRONTIER INTERNET SUCKS

My Internet has been 13dayS with FRONTIER. Apps, website says no outage, everyone that speaks Hindi in India says THERE IS OUTAGE. I want to talk to someone in Simpsonville SC 29681. FRONTIER SUCKS

Thank you @FrontierCorp for dropping my internet randomly and also making me wait 2 days for a tech to come out, due to an issue that is caused by lines ****** up by YOU!

Switching to @FrontierCorp was the worst decision i have made in 2024 I rather have dial up internet than this Phony fiber speeds Can’t be fast if ur internet is down the majority of the time that i swapped over Rant done😂

If you’ve ever considered getting frontier internet I’ll save you the hassle, don’t bother. It’s always slower than advertised and has a major outage once every week. The you contact a rep and they just lie straight to your face.

So @FrontierCorp you say there is not outage at my address or my area but the lack of service at my residence and my neighbors would suggest otherwise. Maybe you should check @downdetector 🤦‍♂️

Hey @FlyFrontier, I just tried to reset my password for my Frontier Miles account and I tried the temporary password twice but I keep getting the error message "We are unable to change the password. Please contact the airline." Any assistance from your end would be appreciated.

I like how I am ONLY notified about the internet outage in my area AFTER I jump through hoops to talk to an agent AND the internet won’t be fixed until tomorrow night. On top of that I was told to check my app. Your app is BROKEN right now too. @FrontierCorp

Got @FrontierCorp installed two weeks ago. Since then, they got hacked and lost all my personal information and the internet has been down for a week straight. Cancelling.

Been 7 days without internet. Somehow my bill was still paid on time. Company having internal technical issues but no issues processing my auto bill pay. Smh @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier

Frontier Communications is having 'technical issues.' AT&T notifies 73 million customers of stolen info, and the FCC is looking into 911 outages in 4 states. The MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES who are responsible for the nation's communications can't secure their networks?!?

Hey @FrontierCorp, how am I supposed to report an outage if your mobile app is not functioning and you can’t take calls or man your customer service lines?

It’s ok we don’t have service @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier (not ok, but understandable - things happen). But the fact that you keep updating site to say it’s only an internal issue when reddit, twitter, and third party sites all have hundreds of reports otherwise is upsetting

Fryday am hittin’ with the full internet outage over here. That means no phones, no online ordering for our customers right now. 😵‍💫 Called @FrontierCorp & the message said: “We’re experiencing internet trouble & can’t take your call” 🥴 Good times. Dining room still open 👍

Arena Breakout, the "Tarkov" Copycat of mobile gaming will be released on PC, info suggest that it will be F2P. Look, i'm all for it but this kind of F2P extraction based game will attract cheaters, folks quit tarkov due to the cheating issue, remember Cycle Frontier??
