Comcast Xfinity internet and cable are out in Atlanta. Again. This seems to happen on a weekly basis. They acknowledge the outage now, but when you ask for a service credit they will say no outage occurred. Please ***, give us Google Fiber.

Another internet outage for @googlefiberhelp I've lost count of how many times internet has gone out for my mom using your “service” @Google

So I just drove a 20 mile radius. @googlefiber is absolutely lying about a down line. What’s happening is they don’t have infrastructure to support the internet demands of the area. Do not use @google for anything. Also,

15 hrs in and still no updates. @googlefiber you charge more than any cable company around. Why is your service so unreliable? A “broken line” doesn’t cause a 15 hr outage.

upgraded my Internet (still no fiber in my area), replaced the modem and spectrum has a ******* outage preventing me from activating the new modem. goodness when is Google fiber going to come to this area.

.@GetSpectrum has an outage on the first major night of college football and I can’t watch. So glad Google Fiber is getting installed in my neighborhood.

Shout out to Google Fiber for being the most consistent internet provider around. They consistently break and have outages that last 3-60 hours. Currently in my 11th outage in 3 months. Best in the biz!

For the first time in over a year there's a Google Fiber outage that isn't directly tied to a general power outage. I spent part of the evening at a new cafe but I guess I should use the rest of it to be productive away from the computer.

#GoogleFiber’s motto is that all internet should be “this simple”. Internet outage started Thursday, multiple techs out, literal hours of customer service hold time and still…no internet. Yes, I DO wish my internet was simple @googlefiber, but apparently your company disagrees.
