No WiFi since January 5 thanks to Google Fiber. Tech came out, calls made, emails sent. Still down. Atp a rose tablet feels like the least y’all could do.

.@Ask_Spectrum Why do I have to call you to remove a service, but you can add one easily by selecting an icon? This is why I am going down to just internet and eventually when google fiber comes in, probably making a change.

Makes it hard to pay my bill when your entire website is down for site maintenance for more than 12 hours. During regular business hours too. @googlefiber @googlefiberhelp

I am getting close to cancelling my Google Fiber service. My network has been down for 3+ days now and they have no urgency to get my network up. Today, 3+ days is rediculously long. I have requested a call with a supervisor and I hear crickets. #google #fiber

quantum fiber, century link, and lumen internet access all down nationwide. They just turned off phones which have message to go to website... How the **** do you go to their website if your internet is off? Morons! Google fiber should give these companies a sales commission!!
