Off to read some crime fiction books in my collection since my wifi's down. Again. Thanks, Optimum, for the "connected without internet situation" AGAIN. 🙄

Hey @optimum, every time my internet goes out, the temperature has dropped below freezing. Every time I call, the service outage has nothing to do with the possibility of water getting in the lines and freezing, it's because I don't use company owned equipment. 1/

It's a joke getting video NBA content right now @thehighlow_NBA. stopped working, now my optimum account that I use to rewatch games on the app is down bc of a contract dispute. Obviously. Throwing all the obstacles at me just to rewatch a basketball game w/o paying

Optimum is notorious for having there Internet down like 100 times a year. Apparently in my area Frontier is the way to go? Anyone in northeast CT or NY agree ?! I can’t get fios which drives me NUTS
