Optimum outage preventing me from perusing Feet Finder for hours on end..

Such a disappointing service experience from @optimum My business phones have been down since yesterday. When I find out, I reach out and was informed there is an outage (no communication before I reached out to make me aware). The agent told me we’re working on it. Call us back

Hey, @optimum! If you’re planning routine maintenance that will cause an outage, then why the **** wouldn’t you give your customers ADVANCED notice with an estimated downtime?!?!? Big missed opportunity to provide a simple bit of preemptive customer service goodwill. FAIL!

Hey @optimum, every time my internet goes out, the temperature has dropped below freezing. Every time I call, the service outage has nothing to do with the possibility of water getting in the lines and freezing, it's because I don't use company owned equipment. 1/

Optimum is notorious for having there Internet down like 100 times a year. Apparently in my area Frontier is the way to go? Anyone in northeast CT or NY agree ?! I can’t get fios which drives me NUTS
