We need @Verizon Fios in Peekskill NY. @optimum standard internet is terrible due to old technology that’s currently being used - always outage!!!!. Verizon please give us Fios!

Thank you @optimum. Your outage from this ridiculous fiber upgrade I did has led me to have to cancel a Christmas party. No wife, no tv, no music. I hope you will be paying for my month. This is inexcusable to have issues your techs cannot fix.

Hi @OptimumHelp I’m a stay at home mom who works part time remotely and my Internet has been down all day, costing my family money in the hours I wasn’t able to work. Even the Help Chat in your app is not connecting. The outage should be fixed by now. Can you help?

Optimum’s automatic system telling you if you call for an internet outage in your area please check our website to see when gets resolved. Me: I don’t have freaking Internet how could I check????

Imagine being @optimumhelp. You have an outage for over an hour when a customer reaches out. They ask for more information, yet after an hour, they still are acting like the outage has *just* happened and have no information to share with their customer
