Not a power outage as hot as it is! @PECOconnect
@PECOconnect Every time I try to sign into my account through your website or app, I get an error message that says: “error code:error-no-accounts-for customer. Please login”. Then I go to Forgot Email, and it shows I have an account. I have no way to pay my bill online now.
So the @PECOconnect website has been down for months, making it impossible to view or pay your bill, and we're just going to be ok with this huh
@ByChrisBrennan Hi there, scheduled outages are conducted for important maintenance work that will prevent unplanned and extended outages in the future. At this time, we are working to minimize the duration of our scheduled outage work. Thank you for your patience!
If they’re “scheduled” outages why doesn’t @PECOconnect give customers notice? Why should it come as a surprise to us if it’s no surprise for you?
Nothing like a Thursday morning power outage! @PECOconnect

I’m so confused because @PECOconnect’s site is down so I am calling to start service at the house address I’m closing on next week. And the representatives apparently can’t hear me? I just talked to PGW, no problem, from this same room?
