Apparently the power outage in SF's Tenderlion District on Thursday-Saturday was lengthened by the fact workers couldn't access equipment because of "unsanitary conditions." PG&E wouldn't go into detail but it's pretty clear it was a human waste issue requiring a HazMat team.
