We are moving this week to a more rural area, so I got T-Mobile 5g internet again. I can get ~70 mbps down, but it is SO inconsistent throughout the day, and goes to ~10MBPS randomly. I didn’t have this problem at an old house. Does anybody know if an external antenna would help?

Verizon @VerizonSupport I have had it! 10 years of no customer service all because I live in a rural area. Today was the last straw! 2 days of no help. Chat down as it always is. No humans to talk to. App sucks! T-Mobile here I come.

i feel like neighborhoods that have one cell tower is crazy 😭. my moms neighborhood only can get at&t wifi … of course there’s an outage rn and i have tmobile so none of my stuff is loading 🥴

Another cell outage TMobile. Microsoft Outlook down. What’s going on? Constant outages, no auto bill credits. Never get explanation. It’s happening way too often. Maybe the landline is a good idea again, because cell service is so unreliable. @TMobile @Outlook @Microsoft

dunno what the f just happened. both #verizon fios and #tmobile cellular service went down at the same time about 20mins! #att network was working. no worries, I did dishes while it was down.

So happy and thrilled. After 20 years with @VerizonSupport I have made the switch to @TMobileHelp. The major outage last week, the fact that I have zero reception at work, zero reception at my kids school, and the constant runaround was the final straw. Good riddance.

other providers had internet back within days (t-mobile, especially) but it’s taken @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum over a week and there’s still no progress, just updates on their app with estimates for repairs that they yank down not long after and pretend they never put up.

DC, and my 5G network has been down since yesterday. T-Mobile says they’re working on it, but it seems odd that it’s taking this long. Am I the only one in DC dealing with this issue? I can’t leave the house without my phone being connected to Wi-Fi! @TMobile @TMobileHelp

AT&T was down. Watsapp, YouTube, Facebook, T-Mobile, Instagram, Twitter, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, Robinhood, Verizon, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Comcast, and many others from 2023 till current. And now Bank of America. This isn't a coincidence.
