Hey @comcast @Xfinity Comcast has created a system where calling them when service is down and filing a complaint is almost impossible. They push everyone, seniors especially at risk, to what is a terrible app.

Once again @Xfinity screws over my stream because they decided to do “Network Improvement” in my area. News Flash dumbasses, having NO INTERNET ISN’T AN IMPROVEMENT. Last time it went down I told you I wanted some kind of notification that way I’m not surprised by this ****

Xfinity has a outage every other day. This is such a inconvenience !!! Imagine your internet service being interrupted in the middle of a workday just to find out it won’t be fixed until 3am … This is just ridiculous!

Just got a call from Xfinity. Some mysterious "outage" was reported in my area apparently I was checking ALL night on the app for outages. NONE were present The techs were able to magically fix my internet. Glad for that at least, cant wait for it to be busted again in 3 months

#Comcast #Xfinity Its an outage if your quality of service is dramatically reduced. Its a lie to say otherwise and a boldface lie to not report it in your service outage maps and alerts to customers.

I'm genuinely curious. Has there ever been a company with worse customer service than @Xfinity? @XfinitySupport seems to actively hate it's customers. They send wrong information, ask you to take circular actions and won't give any time line on an outage lasting over a week.

Xfinity continues to claim there's no internet because there's no power, yet we've had power since Thursday and PSEs outage map shows NO outage anywhere remotely close to here. @davidlgutman @XfinitySupport

I apologize for not streaming today but unfortunately it is out of my control. Right after jacking up my bill by an extra $26/month, @Xfinity decided to have an outage. Coincidence? I don't think so! This is a sign it's time to find a new provider so the searching starts today.

Comcast’s automated system hangs up if it detects an outage, saying, ‘An agent can’t help you.’ It’s been a WEEK of this nonsense. How about actually fixing the issue instead of dodging customers? @comcast @Xfinity

Tried to get new phones today @Xfinity today and it was a bust. Hour wait to be seen and then after a little over an hour of trying to buy our new phones today activate them was told system was down and we had to come back later. Over 2 hours and now have to go back tomorrow.

Internet (Xfinity) is still down, with no ETA for getting it fixed. And I still don’t have cell service (AT&T) at home but they’re claiming there’s no service outage. 🤬
