Is Xfinity down? ❌

Inflation is going back up. Xfinity just increased my internet, Chipotle just increased, YOUTUBE TV. It's not going down.

Xfinity rep almost just bamboozled me into signing up for a higher package that I didn’t ask for when I called about my cable box not working 🤣

I love being in the middle of a great stream just for my intet to go out randomly. Check the website and it tells me there is an outage that will continue until 2:30? It's 11 in the morning. This is the third time this week. Come on @Xfinity get your **** together

Hey AT&T, having an outage at 3 am in the morning and not being able to fix it until an estimated time of 4 pm is ridiculous. I guess your new fiber concept is 🗑️. Anyone have Xfinity’s number? I would imagine they would be able to get out here before 4 pm for internet

checked the Xfinity app and it's saying the outage will he fixed by around noon time. guess I can go back to sleep

What phone Internet and cable company is good? Went from Sprint/T-Mobile to Xfinity but it’s not working out. We will be switching home and business phones internet and cable. Need recommendations. Thank you.

Xfinity having an outage on my first night of vacation is 👎🏾

My @Xfinity internet service is down. Got the idiotic AI system and now have to wait for a text to set up an appointment. Crappy customer service. Can't have it down for days.

Day 2 of working from hotspot because Comcast felt the need to “upgrade” the box in my front yard last week. It’s been spotty since they did it but it has been down since yesterday morning aside from a short window where they were actively tinkering with it. Thanks @Xfinity 💀

I’m so glad @xfinity once again fixed something that WASN’T broken by taking the Xfinity Remote App away from the Apple App Store. Not only is the app not working, but I can’t even reinstall it because of that.

I’m going to be so mad if @xfinity really discontinued the Xfinity Remote app. It’s not working. It’s no longer in the App Store and all the documentation looks like it’s been scrubbed

Every morning from 5:30 am to 7:30 am my internet slows down to a crawl and then corrects itself. And every day I call XFinity to report the problem. Everyday they send me to a useless AI. Now, I find screaming into the phone averts that step so I don't have to be told
