Is Xfinity down? ❌

Why can’t @Xfinity tell me why my internet is down? It’s been down for more than 12 hours. They can say that the estimated time for it to come back is 10pm but when I ask for a reason? NO. Just say like, Joe is the one in charge and he’s on PTO.

Xfinity trim how it’s an outage everyday

Despite 1 gigabit down and up speeds with zero packet loss, every time I stream on twitch i get constant disconnects. Xfinity says nothing is wrong. Twitch support tells me to get ******. I can't ******* stream anymore and it ******* ****** me off. Someone is going to die.

After a 9 day outage in January and now at the 6 day mark and counting in March... We're done with Comcast/Xfinity. **** that company and everyone who works there. Absolutely beyond tired of it. Never use them as your ISP if you have literally any other choice.

Hey @xfinity my internet/cable/phone has been out for 18 hours due to a long resolved power outage. I can't get a person to talk to me on the phone or on online chat. It's inspiring me to seek another provider, I need the internet for work!

Woke up at 1:15am & Xfinity Wifi was down. I have ATT on 1st floor of house which is always slow. Finally it’s back up! I was a nut for a few hours wondering how I’ll get work done. I’m sleepy now but gotta keep going ☕️☕️

Xfinity has gone so far down hill. Their app and site are barely usable and is extremely confusing. I’ve held on to it for my rental property (home security, internet, cable), but may need to start planning this final cord cut. This was triggered because I seemed to have lost

I spent 3 days to set up wifi at new home and it's still not working at this moment and got charged $100 for installment fee for nothing works. I was told there is outage in my area(eventhough my neighbour have internets) @Xfinity @XfinitySupport
