24hrs that @vumatel is down in parts of Kensington JHB and @Afrihost says there’s no eta on repairs but technicians are on site. Can either one of you shed some light on the situation #vumateldown

I started having @Afrihost internet problems on 21 May. Disconnects are still intermittent, and the connection is not stable enough to do my online therapy sessions. Thank heavens for my 3G Wi-Fi modem from @Vodacom.

Thanks to the @Afrihost team for their work on the OpenServe fibre outage, and the impact of said outage in my area. Internet seems stable, and the family isn't complaining about buffering on Netflix 😜 Good work, folks!

Afrihost, openserve clients have been down since 09h00 yesterday. Major outage causing major disruption to working people's lives. Only 3 updates received since yesterday. Surely a major outage requires updates every 15 minutes. Do I need to work elsewhere than my home? When ?

It has now been 3 weeks of no internet for me thanks to @Afrihost and @vumatel. Every single day, I'm told it's fixed, and that it will be "escalated" when I inevitably tell them it's not fixed. What am I to do? @Afrihost even had the audacity to send me an invoice yesterday...

It takes @Octotel_fibre and @Afrihost 1 month to fix a simple internet problem.

This constant outages are killing the vibe. 3 times today alone I was streaming and playing COD Zombies, my internet kicked me out and lost everything. Now I have to wait like 3 days to get back my schematics. @Afrihost & @CallofDuty fix your shxt in order, we pay a lot of money

Afrihost you have been the absolute worst service provider! I can’t wait to switch. I’ve been having network issues since the day I got fibre here. At first it was my cellphone only now it’s my laptop & TV 😭
