#optimum wifi sucks! It has been giving us problems with tv connection E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y!!!

So, in the interest of fairness, my issues with @OptimumHelp were escalated to corporate resolution. Brian worked very hard to resolve everything. I am happy to report that so far, my connection issues are a thing of the past and my bill has been adjusted to my satisfaction.

Pehle SPOM SITE visit Karo, develop Karo, so much issues with inefficient portal with inefficient faculties. There is one concept "optimum utilisation of resources" which says resources should be utilised efficiently but not at the cost of (low) quality. #ICAI

Cable issue I sure did call 8:01 am well just know I won't be paying $167.00 for no TV & internet...I guess if u stay shut u gon pay. My mouth works.. i still have both @optimum @nycgov

Back from the stone age. Courtesy of our food friends at Optimum cable and Internet outage for my whole town and surrounding towns since 7pm last night. Just got it back. Didn't have cell service either. So much fun.
