So @optimum took my internet service off line without my permission... when I finally called them to fix the issue they transferred me to 14 different people... and after 2:30hrs of being on the phone with them they finally told me it'd be fixed in 48 hrs ... @AGWilliamTong

Internet is out, likely no stream tonight unless it magically returns. I've already contacted Optimum and did everything I can to troubleshoot, no full outages in the area but they'll be sending a technician... tomorrow afternoon. ******* ****...

So, in the interest of fairness, my issues with @OptimumHelp were escalated to corporate resolution. Brian worked very hard to resolve everything. I am happy to report that so far, my connection issues are a thing of the past and my bill has been adjusted to my satisfaction.
